Do you want curly hair? One of the greatest benefits of having curly hair is that it is super versatile and never dull – but for some of us straight hair girls, this is hard to achieve, especially if you don’t want to damage your hair with a curler and through the heat! Don’t worry, there are several ways to achieve different types of curly hair with some pretty weird, DIY, and no-heat techniques. Curious for them curls? Keep reading to find out just what they are!

The Pencil

As long as you have a pencil (or pen), you can achieve beautiful, natural curls in your hair! All you have to do is twirl strands of your hair around the thin object to get your perfect tight yet volumized curls that you crave! Go over your hair while it’s twilled around the object with a straightener on low heat and you’re good to go flaunt your new hair!

Socks

This no-head, DIY trend started getting popular through beauty and hair stylists creating hair videos on social media! Cut the tip of your sock off and start wrapping your hair through the holes. You can decide how big you want your curls to be depending on the strands you wrap around, but this method tends to work best with medium strands! Leave them in overnight and you’ll wake up with curls ready to seize the day!

Braids

This technique is probably the most common and popular method used to get your hair curly/wavy simply overnight! All you have to do is part your hair in the middle and either braid your hair in French braids or regular ol’ braids depending on where on your head you want your curls to start. Great results guaranteed!
