تسليط الضوء على بعض الرابحين في جوائز الغرامي - The Modern East

Who doesn’t love a little Red Carpet? With the 61st Grammy Award’s taking place just last night, The Modern East has created our own category, coming to you with our very own roster of Grammy style awards.

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga hit the jackpot, not only winning 2 Grammys for Best Pop Solo Performance & Best Pop Duo/Group performance, but also topping our style charts with this ultra glam, show stopping Haute Couture custom Celine gown. Accented by not only some frosted hair but an iced out neck peace, Lady Gaga reminded us why she was born to slay.

Cardi B

Now while this look might not be a favorite to all, leave it to Cardi B to know how to continuously set herself aside from the Grammy style crowd. Creating an almost animated look for herself, as she is known to do through her music, Cardi B rocked the red carpet in the most extra look we could have expected to see – a 1995 Mulger Couture, clamshell down.

Post Malone

Post Malone never fails to set himself aside when it comes to his style choices. Now while his already adorned tatted up body naturally helps add a little extra to his outfit, for the 2019 Grammy Awards he opted for an all pink, star embellished two piece leather suit and matching cowboy boots. You go Posty!

Katy Perry

With two of Balmain’s latest Haute Couture show pieces making their way to the Red Carpet last night, we ask you who to choose – Which Grammy style looked best?

Katie Perry looking delicious, in this cupcake pink gown we saw gliding down the runways of Balmain’s Haute Couture runway show in Paris only a few week back (Jan 23rd to be exact, talking about some serious style connections!)

Kylie Jenner

A little unexpected to what we are used to seeing from Kylie, we can’t put our finger on whether we are loving or on the fence about her Red Carpet look last night. Ditching her usual body hugging, ultra-glam Hollywood vibes, Kylie Jenner walked the Red Carpet in the arms of beau Travis Scott and sculptured body suit by Balmain. A regular member of the Balmain army, it is not surprise that Kylie Jenner rocked the designer, his debuted his first Haute Couture collection only weeks ago in Paris. Also being the first time the superstar couple rock the red carpet together, we can’t help but feel we would have appreciated a little more EXTRA from Kylie.
