It’s the happiest place on earth and it’s time to cool down! What better place to visit during the summertime than an amusement park – especially with waterparks! The Walt Disney World Resort, also called Walt Disney World and Disney World, is an entertainment complex in Bay Lake and Lake Buena Vista, Florida, in the United States, near the cities of Orlando and Kissimmee. It is the ultimate destination for people of all ages – especially if you’re a Disney lover! From different worlds of Disney to two massive waterparks – you must visit Disneyworld at least once in your lifetime! Read more about the waterparks below.

Blizzard Beach

One of the oldest waterparks at Disneyworld, Disney’s Blizzard Beach is a waterpark with a snow theme! All water areas are heated, with the exception of the melting snow in the ice cave of Cross-Country Creek, but how cool would it feel to be in your swimsuit in the middle of icebergs and snowmen! The Whole waterpark looks like a mountainous range with snow and bodies of water, giving you that awesome balance of winter and summer in one – they even have chairlifts to take you up to the tops of slides! This is something you have to try.

Typhoon Lagoon

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon is a water theme park located at the Walt Disneyworld Resort Florida and is one of two operating water parks at the resort. It is the second water park to open at the resort, preceded by Disney’s River Country which closed in November 2001. With Experiences such as a massive wave pool – that you can surf on, by the way – a countless number of awesome rides, and Shark Reef, which offers guests a chance to don snorkels and masks and get an up-close look at real sea life – this waterpark is a whole experience within itself at Disneyworld.
